Seniors, this is a muscle-toning workout featuring strength training and some stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Senior Fitness is an unintimidating, less-strenuous class with modifications for any fitness level. Segments include warm-up, strength, stretching and cool-down. Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
