MOTHER/DAUGHTER YOGA - SERMON ON THE MAT
Description: We go about our days fulfilling our duties and busy schedules, and we forget to nurture the relationships that matter most. In this case, it’s the bond between mothers and daughters that we want to help strengthen and improve. We welcome you on a journey to travel within yourself through this Christ-centered yoga approach. Let’s quiet ourselves enough to notice that, often, our bodies speak what our minds cannot put into words.
“Relationships flourish when our inner world is explored.”
Join us with your daughter(s), ages 8-15, and learn to form connections between your thoughts and emotions and surrender them to God, while nurturing time with your girl(s)!
Time Thursdays | 6:15 – 7:00 p.m.
