JAZZERCISE

The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise, combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout.

When you love your workout, the results come easy.

All fitness levels are welcome.


Morning Classes

    CAMP GLADIATOR

    Camp Gladiator is more than a fitness boot camp — it’s an experience. It promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix and much more. Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina, and, most importantly, to deliver results.

    What to Bring:
    Exercise mat/yoga mat or towel, 5 lb. weights, at least 32 oz. of cold water, heart rate monitor/watch and a great attitude. (Some Gladiators bring gloves for transition and ground work.)

    YOGAFAITH

    Connect with Christ through Scripture, worship, music and physical postures. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this is an adult fitness class for you!
