Cost: $1,600.00

PREREQUISITES

1. Complete online application
2. Two photocopies of your passport that doesn’t expire within 6 months of your return
3. Turn in notarized medical and liability releases
4. Turn in signed covenant agreement
5. Hepatitis A and Tetanus shots are highly recommended
6. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID or a negative test within 24 hours of departure
