MoveFree Training
Group fitness training is an hour movement course focusing on mobility and strength training utilizing a tool called ViPR. The class will promote better overall movement ability and obtainment of fitness goals open to any person seeking physical, mental/emotional or lifestyle enhancement.
All Movefree classes (including RUNfree) are $65/month per person. This includes 2 sessions during the week and the option of attending Movefree Circuit Conditioning Saturday morning from 8 – 9 a.m.
Movefreex:
Drive your workout to the next power! This class will challenge you exponentially by focusing on compound movements, self-competition, Olympic lifts, and timed workouts. RUNfree:
RUNfree offers programs and opportunities for all types of runners, from newcomers to experienced. Whether your goal is to run a marathon or just to get into shape, you’ll find other RUNfree participants who share your interests. As an active participant of RUNfree you will never find a dull moment. Whether it is a road race, a club-sponsored cook out, a track workout or working at a club-hosted race, there are plenty of fun and interesting activities going on throughout the year.
Movefree ViPR Conditioning:
Try out the evolution of free weights on the ViPR using the greatest combinations of strength and movement training! Become aware of your bodies natural ability to move with fluid, rhythmical motion while increasing cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and overall mobility. Move better than ever!!!
Movefree Discover Loading:
By regularly taking this class you will: enhance flexibility, reduce muscle aches, and have a more relaxed, supple body. Discover loading is designed to provide the body with a renewed sense of mobility through lengthening movements that challenge spatial awareness and controlled purposeful movement.
Movefree Circuit Conditioning:
This circuit training class uses many of the Movefree toys to combine strength, balance and cardio for one complete full body workout. Move through these fun stations intended for all ages and levels with Movefree trainer, Jake!
Movefree Body Definitions- Weight Loss Series:
This strength and conditioning class emphasizes circuit training programs built to keep you moving and pushing towards your weight loss goal. This class is provided every four weeks allowing participants to follow a supervised, progressive program. All fitness levels are welcome – your instructor is able to modify movements according to your individual needs and limitations.

Texas Boot Camp

This one-hour, high energy, out-of-gym experience is packed with just what you need to get your body in top shape! These power-hour sessions meet a minimum of three times a week and are sure to give you more stamina, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Men and women, 18 and older, come for all different reasons, whether it is to change up their current physical training program, shed a few unwanted pounds, lower stress levels or even meet some new friends. And everyone leaves with results!

Classes are held Monday through Saturday and registration is ongoing!
Childcare available during the mid-morning and evening classes.

Baby Boot Camp

Monday – Wednesday afternoons
Each one-hour class incorporates both cardiovascular and strength training for maximum results, while entertaining your baby at the same time! Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and parents of babies and toddlers from six weeks to five years. Registration is ongoing.

Restore the Core
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday evening class, 7:15 p.m.
A mat, pilates-style workout that will tighten up the core in no time! The result is a slimmer, more toned body! Appropriate for all fitness levels. Registration is ongoing. Childcare is available and non-crawling infants welcome in class.

Pilates is a class for all fitness levels! This class will help to build muscular endurance, increase flexibility and improve balance. All exercises will be centered around the core muscles while relaxing the mind and body. The overall health benefits are exceptional! All participants should bring a mat and water.
