Project: Raise walls for our 21st Habitat house.

Habitat for Humanity helps families build and improve places to call home.

Serve time: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Total number of volunteers needed: 30

Ages 16 years and up may participate

Requirements

  • Gloves
  • Safety glasses
  • Closed toe shoes
  • Water
  • Liability forms will be provided and will need to be completed by all participants

DETAILS

  • 7:30 a.m.: Arrive at Cedar Creek neighborhood, near Runyan Elementary in Conroe
  • Address: 1507 Cedar Crossing Ct., Conroe 77301

Serve Time: 8:00am - 2:00pm (Lunch will be provided)

Total number of volunteers needed: 20

Go directly to the Habitat neighborhood on October 5:

  • Meet at 8:00 a.m. at our newest Habitat house.
  • Address will be provided the week prior to wall raising
  • Pick up T-shirts. 
  • Plan to work until 2:00 p.m.

All participants must be 16 years or older.

Childcare is not provided for this offsite activity.

A fee of $10.00 per person participating in Serve It Up is requested to help cover the cost of the materials for projects.
