Project: Learn how to sew and make items for those in need.

* No previous sewing skills required. We’ll teach you what to do!

Creative Hands is a TWMC ministry that makes items such as baby bibs, blankets, pillowcases, toiletry kits and so much more for various ministries that we support in Montgomery County.

Family-friendly activity

Serve time: 9:00 a.m. – noon

Total number of volunteers needed: 10

DETAILS

  • 8:45 a.m.: Arrive at The Woodlands Campus
  • Location: Craft Circle Room, Loft Building. Walk towards Children’s Ministry area



Serve Time: 8:30 am - 12:00pm

Total number of volunteers needed: 20 

Schedule for September 28: 

  • Meet at 8:00 a.m. in the Harvest Worship Center for a Kick-off event 
  • Light continental breakfast
  • Pick up T-shirts
  • After the Kick-off, we will meet in a room on the Woodlands campus

Family Friendly Activity

Childcare is available for children 5 years and younger (8:00am - 12:00pm). 

A fee of $10.00 per person participating in Serve It Up is requested to help cover the cost of the materials for projects.
