Children’s Ministry Volunteers

The first verse most of us ever learn is John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” It’s this verse that serves as the cornerstone for the daily work we do here in Children’s Ministry.

But have you ever read 1 John 3:16? “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.”

God asks us to do exactly what Jesus did for us. He invites us to serve others!

Small Group Leaders

If you enjoy leading and listening to meaningful conversations with children, become a Small Group Leader. You'll serve as a discussion facilitator during Sunday morning or weekday Bible study small group time, and help kids dig deeper into the message of scripture for that day.

Large Group Teachers

Volunteers who have a knack for grabbing kids' attention with great storytelling are perfect Large Group Teachers. We’d love for you to teach on Sunday mornings or helping with special events.

Sunday Morning Greeters

Our greeters are the kind of people who light up a room as soon as they walk in. If that's you, join our greeter team. You'll offer hospitality on Sunday mornings and help visitors get to where they need to be.

Prayer Warriors

Each week we ask our children how we can pray for them. Sometimes it’s prayers for a sick pet, a bad grade in school or a deeply hurting family. Often it’s praise for a new baby in the house or an exciting vacation being planned. No matter what, there is no prayer too small. Join our prayer team and help keep the foundation of our ministry strong.

Craft Preparation Team

If you're a creative type, join our new Craft Preparation Team. We are building this group to help out during the week with preparing crafts and activities for Sunday mornings and special events.

Stage Decorations Team

We’re always in need of help with stage decorations, painting and general design of cool things to bring life to our meeting spaces. This is especially helpful as we prepare for summer camps and events.

Worship Team

Live music and instruments always bring life to the party. If you play an instrument and enjoy leading praise and worship, let us know. We can get you “plugged in” on Sunday mornings and for special events.

Photography Team

We need several individuals to help take pictures at our events, in Sunday School classes and in Bible studies. If you enjoy capturing life's little moments on film, join our Photography Team!
