Safari Stop is our amazing indoor playground that is sure to excite your little ones ages 3 – 9. Open Sunday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Safari Stop is located just across from Columns Café, so grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee.

Celebrate your child's birthday in Safari Stop Playground and Creation Station Party Room! Children between 4 and 8 can have their birthday parties at the church. Parents can relax, knowing that their child will have an enjoyable, memorable birthday.

Party Package Includes

2 Hour Party ~ 1 hour in Safari Stop (indoor playground closed to public during party) and 1 hour in Creation Station
Maximum 24 children (including the birthday child) – parents play free
Staff liaison will reserve the rooms; welcome your party; receive all the waivers; prepare Creation Station with tables, chairs and a balloon bouquet for the birthday child.
Happy Birthday cups, plates, napkins and forks will be provided in the party room (should you desire a different theme from the generic “Happy Birthday Theme” you may bring your own).
No Food or Drinks will be provided - you will need to provide what you desire to serve.

$50 non-refundable deposit required at time of online reservation request. Balance due at time of party in the form of check or cash. Reservation requests must be made online 45 days prior to requested date but not more than 1 year from that date. Funds go to the Children’s Ministry Scholarship Fund.

Registration

Check for available dates on the Birthday Calendar. (Available dates will read Safari Stop Birthday Party. Non-available dates show the name and time of the booked party.) Choose three possible dates.
Fill out the Registration Form (remember the date(s) that you are requesting before going to the registration form).
Download the Waiver Form needed for each child. Our recommendation is to print the waiver and provide with your invitation to your guests.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. The birthday child plus 23 children for a total of 24. Only children between the ages of 3 and 10 are counted in this maximum of 24. Others are welcome as spectators and visitors.

Q. What if I want to invite more than the maximum of 24?
A. We really wish we could, but due to safety, room size and planning we do not make exceptions. Each party can only be a maximum of 24 participants.

Q. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A. Yes. We do not provide food or drinks—please bring what you would like to serve.

Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers or banners?
A. No. A large inflatable Happy Birthday cake with the birthday child’s name on the front will greet your party guests at the entry door of Safari Stop. Creation Station is already painted on every wall. We will provide balloons and a decorated table for the gifts and a decorated table for the pizza, drinks and birthday cake. Silly string is absolutely prohibited.

Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
A. No. Alcohol is not allowed in any church facility.

Q. When do you need my head count?
A. We will assume that we are doing a party for 24 unless you notify us via email one-week in advance that it is a lower number. The rate will still be the same.

Q. How early should I arrive?
A. 15 minutes prior to your party start will be sufficient. The party room will already be set up with the tables, your “Happy Birthday” plates, cups, napkins, and forks.

Q. Does every child participating in the party have to have a signed waiver?
A. Yes, no child will be allowed to play on the equipment if they do not have a signed waiver. Waivers are provided online for reprint. We will also have them available at the entry door.

Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products myself and set them up before my child’s party?
A. Yes, we will provide generic “Happy Birthday” plates, cups, forks and napkins. However, if you want a different theme and would like to take care of these items yourself you may feel free to do so, but the cost for the birthday package will remain the same. If you are providing all your own supplies you may arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled party and set up Creation Station.

Q. Do I need to bring anything other than the birthday cake?
A. Yes, the birthday cake plus a knife to cut and serve; candles; and matches.

Q. Do you provide party favors for each guest?
A. No, we don’t provide party favors, but you are welcome to bring favors for your guests.

Q. Does each guest/participant need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family or with the same responsible party?
A. No. All participants covered under the same responsible party can be listed on the one waiver.

Q. Can I download the Waiver online?
A. Yes, you can download the Waiver online now. Our recommendation is to print the waiver and provide with your invitation to your guests.
